|Recommended: YesOverall Not To Bad — I've been here less than a month. Everything seems pretty decent besides the fact the walls are super thin and I can hear everything my neighbors are doing or saying, so it's not really that private. Also, with the amount of bushes and grass by the entrances you're bound to be attacked by bugs every time you enter or exit the building. The best part for me is honestly how spacious the interior is as well as the security precautions for entering the building.

|Recommended: NoProperty Staff — It was the first time paying my rent online. I picked the échecs option and while putting my information there was a bug with routing number even it was my correct bank account routing number, the message was saying this RN is not a correct echeck routine number. Since it was my first time I said maybe there is a specific number given by the office that we have to put. I called the office for help but the person on the phone was almost yelling on me, she even let me finish she hang out the phone. It was very disrespectful and I thing that it is not the best way to treat the customers.

and pool my girls love this place they love outside because they can run around outside in the grass and it's close to shops and schools it's a good walking distance

|Recommended: YesFeels Like Home — I dont have one bad thing to say about the brenbrook family. I've been here a little over a month. From beginning everyone was very professional and from move in day on the staff has been so welcoming. Ms Theresa is the mama of the community. She address any concerns you have very kind hearted. Brittany is great always has a smile on her face and ready to help me out. Maintenance is wonderful. They are so efficient and even when they are backed up or something you need may take a while they communicate with you so you always know your needs are being address. The community is well kept to the best of their abilities. My girls run and play with no worries I feel safe . I love it here. Thanks guys for all your hard work You are appreciated
