|Recommended: YesJust Moved In — Overall the move in process was seamless. The community manager Brandy and the staff were polite, friendly, supportive and helpful. The apartments could use an upgrade but the rent is reasonable, it is a hidden gem and I would recommend friends and family here.

|Recommended: NoHarassment — Very unprofessional, maintenance lazy. My refrigerator does not work and they too lazy to replacement black mold in vents, mice infestation. Apartment flooded multiple times

|Recommended: YesLiving At Brembrook — Although I am new to the property they are a bit slow with maintenance request and my apartment had a few issues that I had to fix myself and the inside of the buildings could use some new carpet and I would like for the key pad on the front doors to work so that not just anyone could walk in the buildings but it is ok

|Recommended: Yes2 Weeks In — The property management is awesome. Ms. Theresa Hammonds, especially, is kind, efficient, assuring and very thorough. She has made the move-in process a great one. She is very helpful and she always listens to and addresses any concerns I may have. Very thankful to have such great and accommodating management here.
