|Recommended: YesNew Ass. Manager — This lady is the best I have seen after living here for 6 years. I swore to move out at the end of my lease because of the attitude of the staff and the maintenance folks when you call on them but this lady came on the seen and is turning things around for good . I think her name is Theresa. She listens, shows empathy, gets back to you. She is the best that has happened. Keep up the good work. The complex is fine place to live.

|Recommended: YesOverall Ok — Everything is ok. I had a couple issues in the beginning but after going to the property manager several times. Everything was fixed and not anymore complaints.

I Did Have Some Maintenance Issue, However When I Brought It To The Attend Of The Leasing Office, My Issues Were Resolved Immediately. — I enjoyed my stay at Brenbrook apartments. When I had a problem, I brought it to the front office and it was dealt with in a timely manner. I want to personally thank Ms. Theresa for her professionalism and patience. I was always greeted and treated like my concerns were their concerns, and my issues were resolved.
Ms. Rushmore, you were a delight and a great resident. You will be missed and I am glad we exceeded all of your expectations. Take Care!
|Recommended: YesWorking Progress — Living at Brenbrook Apartments is a learning experience, especially if this your first time renting. The overall staff could do a little better when it comes to communication but you can tell they are striving to get things on track. I have recommended this property to 2 people who are currently residing there. One has had a lot of issues with their property and the other has stated its a hit or miss with the property overall. I would rate Brenbrook a Strong 3, only because I can see it getting better in due time.
